How to sign up...

Step 1 - Pick a challenge to complete during the month. Let your friends know that you are doing this, so they can join in with you!

Step 2. Log your miles from each run, walk, jog (it's your choice) towards your monthly challenge.

Step 3. Submit your evidence using the form at the end of the month.

Step 4. Receive your medal through the letterbox, post a picture of your new bling on Facebook and Instagram!

Raising Money for Charity

Not only will you be keeping active, or becoming more active, you will also be helping to raise money to help support lives affected by life changing illness. 

Our first nominated charity is Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland which is close to both me and Kirsteen.
